Access Policy – Academy AP

Effective Date: January 01, 2025

This Access Policy explains how students and corporate clients may access and use Academy AP’s online learning platform, courses, and downloadable content. By enrolling or logging in, you agree to these terms.

 


 

Section 1 – Individual Students

 

1. Account Access

  • Each purchase or enrollment provides a single, non-transferable license for one individual.

  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials to any other person.

  • Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation via our secure system.

 

2. Duration of Access

  • Access duration varies by product:

    • Single courses: Stated in each course or 365 days otherwise.

    • Live or 1-on-1 programs: Access continues for the duration of the coaching agreement.

    • Subscriptions: Access continues while payments are current.

  • If a subscription or installment plan is canceled or payments fail, access to associated materials may be suspended.

 

3. Platform Use

  • You agree not to bypass or disable security measures on the website.

  • Automated scraping, downloading, or redistributing content is prohibited.

  • You may download only materials explicitly marked as downloadable for personal use.

 

4. Account Suspension

Academy AP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes occur.

  • Account sharing or content piracy is detected.

  • There is a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Refund Policy.

 

5. Reinstatement of Access

If an account is suspended for a technical or billing reason, it may be reinstated after the issue is resolved and confirmed by our support team.

 


 

Section 2 – Corporate Clients

 

1. License Scope

  • Corporate accounts receive access for the number of employees specified in the purchase agreement or invoice.

  • Each employee must use an individual login; shared credentials across teams are not allowed.

 

2. Access Duration

  • Access remains active for the period defined in the corporate license or annual contract.

  • Renewals can be arranged before expiration to maintain uninterrupted training availability.

 

3. Internal Use Only

All content provided to corporate clients is licensed for internal employee training only.
Redistribution, rebranding, or sale of our materials outside your organization is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Termination of Access

Academy AP may terminate access to corporate accounts if:

  • Payment terms are violated or chargebacks are filed.

  • Content is shared outside the licensed organization.

  • The agreement term has expired and was not renewed.

 

5. Data and Employee Management

Corporate clients are responsible for maintaining accurate employee rosters and notifying Academy AP of any personnel changes requiring license reassignment.

 


 

Section 3 – Technical Access & Support

  • Our platform is optimized for modern browsers and stable internet connections.

  • Academy AP is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party service outages or user hardware issues.

  • Technical assistance is available via support@allanportilho.com.

 


 

Section 4 – Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any Academy AP course or program, you acknowledge and agree to this Access Policy, along with the accompanying Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
