Refund & Chargeback Policy – Academy AP

This policy explains how Academy AP (“we,” “our,” “us”) handles refund requests, payment disputes, and chargebacks.
Because our programs contain instantly accessible digital and downloadable content, we apply strict but reasonable rules to safeguard both students and the business.

 


 

Section 1 – Individual Students

 

1. General Principle

All course sales are final once access is granted.
Upon enrollment, students receive immediate access to digital files, videos, or live-training materials, which cannot be “returned.”

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under these limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course.

  • Technical Error – If a verified system error prevents access to purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • Accidental Purchase – If you contact us within 7 days and the course content has not been accessed or downloaded.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Courses or materials that have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

  • Live or 1-on-1 sessions that were attended or missed without 24-hour notice.

  • Subscription payments for an active billing cycle already in progress.

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@allanportilho.com within 7 days of purchase.
Include your order number, date, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

5. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Academy AP, you agree to resolve payment issues directly with us before initiating a chargeback.
Because access to digital content is granted instantly, unauthorized chargebacks constitute a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is filed, we will submit documentation to the payment processor (including login timestamps, download logs, and communication history).
Students who file unwarranted disputes may have their accounts terminated and be banned from future enrollment.

 


 

Section 2 – Corporate Clients

 

1. Corporate Refund Window

For business or organizational purchases, Academy AP offers limited flexibility:

  • Refunds or credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 20 % of enrolled employees have accessed course content.

  • License adjustments or credits may be issued in the event of staff turnover or technical onboarding issues.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing by the designated corporate representative.

 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds or credits are provided once:

  • More than 20 % of employees have accessed the course.

  • Downloadable materials have been distributed internally.

  • The corporate contract period or access term has begun for live or subscription-based programs.

 

3. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Corporate clients agree to contact Academy AP first to resolve any billing concerns.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate account suspension.
We will supply evidence of corporate activity and course access to the payment processor if required.

 

4. Refund Method

Approved corporate refunds are credited back to the original payment method or, when appropriate, applied as account credit toward future enrollments.

 


 

Section 3 – Subscriptions and Live Training

  • Subscription cancellations end access at the end of the current billing cycle; fees for the current cycle are non-refundable.

  • Live or 1-on-1 sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

  • If Academy AP cancels a live event or fails to deliver agreed services, a full or prorated refund will be issued.

 


 

Section 4 – Technical Support & Good-Faith Resolution

We are committed to resolving genuine technical or billing issues quickly.
Contact support@allanportilho.com for assistance before seeking third-party remedies.
Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours of receiving complete information.

 


 

Section 5 – Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on Academy AP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy.
