Terms & Conditions – Academy AP

Welcome to Academy AP (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, courses, and digital services. By accessing or purchasing through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Section 1 – Individual Students
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in our courses. By using our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Enrollment and Access
Enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access to digital, downloadable, and/or live content.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any Academy AP content is strictly prohibited.
Access remains available for the duration specified at the time of purchase or subscription.
Academy AP reserves the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Academy AP reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect already-purchased courses.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Due to the instant availability of digital content, all sales are final.
Refunds are granted only in cases of duplicate payments, verified technical issues, or accidental purchases where content has not been accessed or downloaded.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of access logs and download history.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials—including videos, lessons, downloads, images, and written content—are the intellectual property of Academy AP. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Live and 1-on-1 Sessions
Live sessions and mentorship calls are scheduled individually.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
Academy AP reserves the right to record live sessions for quality or educational purposes, with notice to participants.
7. Subscriptions (Future Offerings)
Subscriptions provide ongoing access to selected content for the period covered by the payment plan.
Canceling a subscription ends access at the conclusion of the billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Refrain from hacking, scraping, or exploiting the website.
Avoid sharing login credentials or allowing third-party access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy AP is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our courses or website.
10. Modifications
Academy AP may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Section 2 – Corporate Clients
1. Corporate Accounts
Corporate clients purchasing bulk or team licenses must designate a company representative as the primary contact.
Licenses are assigned to individual employees but remain under the company’s control.
Employees must use their own accounts; shared logins across teams are not permitted.
License transfers between employees can be arranged upon written request.
2. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe or by direct invoice for approved corporate accounts.
Corporate clients agree to remit payments within agreed terms (typically net 15 or net 30 days).
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.
3. Access Rights and Limitations
Corporate licenses grant employees non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the purchased training materials.
Redistribution or publication of any course materials outside the licensed group is prohibited.
Access duration and scope are defined in the corporate purchase agreement or invoice.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds or credits may be granted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed by any employee.
License adjustments or prorated credits may be offered in cases of staff changes.

5. Intellectual Property
All course materials are owned by Academy AP. Corporate clients are granted limited use for employee training only. Any commercial use, public distribution, or modification requires prior written consent.
6. Reports & Analytics
Academy AP may provide aggregated usage reports to help clients track employee progress. These reports never include sensitive personal data beyond completion metrics.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, access codes, and proprietary information shared during collaboration.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Academy AP provides courses “as is,” without any warranty of results or fitness for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee employee performance outcomes or certification success.
9. Limitation of Liability
Academy AP’s total liability under any corporate contract will not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant courses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
